Protaras, Paralimni, Limassol additional payment , (Paphos on request only)
– ASC: Airport service
– Delivery and drop off Larnaka International Airport
– Delivery to hotels.
– First additional driver.
– Unlimited mileage.

Rates do not include:
– 19% VAT in Cyprus
– Fuel: must be paid by the renter
– Towing service
Protections:
Third party (CDW):
Cover in the event of a collision with another vehicle, damage to mirrors, headlights and tires, as well as injury to both drivers and passengers.
Deposit :
Deposit possible hold on the card or leaving us cash ,amount depending from a group. From group A/E 250-350 euro , group F/J 500 euro. When the tenant returns the vehicle ,deposit is returned at the same time.
Note:
Our company does not provide full insurance coverage .
Driver requirements:
– Minimum age of drivers is 25 years old.
– Drivers between the ages of 21-25 must have their driving license for at least 3 years are required to pay as Young driver insurance with a surcharge of- €10 per day.
– Maximum driver age is 70 years old. Drivers over this age may still hire the car but are required to pay a extra insurance with a surcharge of €10 per day.
– International driver’s license is required for non-EU citizens or if the licence is written in non-Latin letters.
Fuel Policy:
The vehicle is delivered with a full or empty tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount of petrol.
Please note that there will be no refund for unused fuel.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
-Turkish part of Cyprus (Northern Cyprus): you make take the car to the Turkish part of Cyprus, but please be aware that insurance companies do not offer any cover there. The car will only have a third party, limited, insurance that is arranged by Turkish police at the official checkpoint. Driving to the north part of Cyprus is done entirely at your own risk.
-Towing costs are not covered by any insurance.
Exception/exclusions to the All-inclusive Insurance: Charges for any damages written below will be charged directly to the client, the most important of which are the following:
Car underbody, clutch and gearbox, damage to car lock, loss of car keys, severe pollution in the car, personal belongings, passport and ID card in the rental car, negligent damage, punctures and ruptures of tires, damage to wheels, damage in water or salt water, fuel errors, child seat damage, power failure due to forgotten electrical appliances, damage or loss of license plate.
V&I Star Voyage Car Rentals will not be held responsible for anyone driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, causing wilful damage, off road driving without care and attention or damages caused by negligence. V&I Star Voyage Car Rentals does not provide coverage for damages made on unsealed roads. Driving the rental car on or near the Salt lakes is forbidden. Damage caused by vandalism, in any form, will not be covered by any insurance.
Vehicle must not be operated in any race, speed test, rally or cutest.
The client will accept direct responsibility in respect of such claims.
Any unnoticed accident or damage to the vehicle may be interpreted as negligence. This may result in a charge to the client.
V&I Star Voyage Car Rentals offers extra insurances to cover some of the above exclusions.
Payments:

American Express, Master /Euro card, Visa
Please note that all local payments will be made in Euro. A valid credit card as a guarantee for the rental must be present so that we pre authorize the security (excess) fee depending on the protection that you book on your reservation .
We can either accept card or cash form .
The amount of the security (excess) fee is depending on the group of the car requested, the driver’s experience and the kind of insurances that are chosen by the driver. The amount of security will be returned immediately with the same form once the rental is finished.
Any cancellation made more than 72 hours prior to the start of rental will receive a full refund.
Recommended Extra:
-Additional Driver:
(Each driver must be 25 or older and show a valid driver’s license at the rental counter.) € 3.00 per day
-Child Safety Seats: Simplify travel with an infant (2-20ibs) safety (20-40ibs) or booster (40-80ibs) seat for rental €3.00 per day
-Young driver insurance: € 10.00 per day
-Over 70-year insurance: € 10.00 per day
The Renter undertakes to drive carefully and keep the car clean. No smoking in the car
